Chasing the Rainbow.

Chasing The RainbowChasing the Rainbow was my first attempt at singing since I was in the School choir! The first attempt ever at recording my faltering efforts was even more frightening despite it being in a friend of a friend's garden shed. I remember traveling home after the first garden shed experience saying to myself you are never going to pull this off!

I was 68 and well past my best shot at becoming a vocal icon, however, after lots more practise, patience and encouragement from Seb at Riverside Studios, Chasing the Rainbow was born.

A small collection of some of my favourites that I have enjoyed over the years, I hope that you will enjoy them too.

Grateful thanks to Graham "Mr Jukebox" Gould who has been inspirational, Seb Pecchia at Riverside Studio's for recording expertise and Mark Limb for patience with my early recording efforts of Chasing The Rainbow.

Dream A Little Dream.

Dream A Little DreamFlushed with success, if you can call selling about 700 copies of Chasing the Rainbow success and some encouragement from the fan!! We set out to produce Dream a Little Dream.

Thankfully the garden shed chastening didn't occur this time but came in the form of Sebby's tomb as I call it, a small soundproof box which I stand locked into whilst he hurls encouragement and abuse (not necessarily in any particular order) whilst I try to do my best!

Bless him I am joking and I thoroughly enjoy our sessions. Dream a Little Dream is another little collection of favourites which I hope will become your favourites too.

Country Boy.

Country BoyCountry Boy, our third album, has been produced in a much more exiting way for me as I have had the help of eight very experienced and good musicians to give us the Band effect. Hopefully this has created a much fuller and professional sound for all tracks.

Thrilling for me to work with the boys and girls who have produced some of the best drum, guitar, banjo, fiddle, lap steel, bass, keyboards and other stuff that I have ever heard. Seb and I topped up the backing vocals and away we go!

Would be very interested to hear from my listener as to whether or not we've made progress.
